WHO CAN HAVE A TREATMENT?

Many people can benefit from complementary therapy but please do check the important information against your chosen treatment as certain medical conditions do restrict or prevent treatment.

For clients under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign their consent and remain in the same room for the duration of the treatment.

MALE CLIENTS

My treatments are available to ladies. Male clients are welcome to book providing a female household member is also having a treatment at the same booking, as a double booking.

For personal security I do not take individual bookings from men who are unknown to me.

PREGNANT CLIENTS

Indian Head Massage is available from 15 weeks to ladies with a healthy, low risk pregnancy. Please read the important safety information.

NON SMOKING HOUSEHOLDS & CLIENTS ONLY

I choose to work in 100% smoke free households only. I must decline a booking in a home where smoking takes place inside or outside the home, including the garden.

I am highly sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke including third hand smoke. If you or anyone else in the household is a smoker or if anyone else visits your home and smokes in or around it please do not request an appointment.

Please be honest about this as I will not enter a home if, upon arrival, smoking or the after effects of it is evident.

PETS

For hygiene purposes any pets should be out of the vicinity of the treatment and kept away from my equipment.

PARKING

I have a lot of equipment to carry with me some of it quite heavy so it is important that I am able to park directly outside or very close to your home. Regretfully, I must decline bookings where there is nowhere directly outside for me to park.

SPACE IN YOUR HOME

A downstairs space is preferred. Where this is not possible, I will require assistance to carry some of the heavier items up the stairs. My Reflexology chair is 68cm wide and 170cm long when reclined. I would then need space for my stool at the foot end.

My massage table is 71cm wide and 205cm long. I would need access all around this.

WEIGHT LIMITATIONS

My Reflexology chair is tested to 140kg (approx 22 stones).
The chair I use for Indian Head is tested to 110kg (approx 17.3 stones). Clients exceeding this are welcome to use their own chair for the Indian Head treatment. 
The working weight for my massage table is 500lbs (distributed evenly). This includes the pressure applied by me during the treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I politely request at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Understandably, things do crop up and there may be times when a late cancellation (less than 48 hrs) is necessary. 

In this instance a courtesy full payment for the treatment booked is appreciated.

Should a cancellation or request to reschedule within 48 hours occur a second time then any further bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer or cash. This would be non-refundable in the event of another cancellation or reschedule. This pre-payment is for the booked appointment only and any wish to reschedule would be subject to further pre-payment for the treatment on the new date.
In the event that I arrive at your home and you are not in or unable to receive your treatment (no-show) full payment for the booked treatment will be required. No further bookings may be made until this is paid.

To book an appointment please contact me by leaving a voicemail, email, text or Facebook messenger stating your full name, postcode and the treatment you are interested in.  An informal telephone consultation will be required with a first-time client. This must be with the person to be treated and not someone on their behalf.
