CANCELLATION POLICY
I politely request at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Understandably, things do crop up and there may be times when a late cancellation (less than 48 hours) is necessary. In this instance a courtesy full payment for the booked treatment is appreciated.
Should a cancellation or request to reschedule within 48 hours occur a second time then any further bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer or cash. This would be non-refundable in the event of another cancellation or reschedule. This pre-payment is for the booked appointment only and any wish to reschedule would be subject to further pre-payment for the treatment on the new date.
In the event that I arrive at your home and you are not in or unable to receive your treatment (no-show) full payment for the booked treatment will be required. No further bookings may be made until this is paid.
