Treatments are available by appointment only. To book an appointment please contact me by phone, email, text or Facebook messenger. If you choose to contact me by telephone and I am unable to answer please leave a voicemail or send a text, email or Facebook message and I will respond as soon as possible. An informal telephone consultation will be required with a first time client.


I politely request at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Understandably, things do crop up and there may be times when a late cancellation is necessary. Should a cancellation within 24 hours occur a second time then any further bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer or cash. This would be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.


At your first appointment you will be asked to read and sign my privacy notice indicating your communication preferences. You may update your preferences at any time by emailing me at louisetottymassagetherapy@gmail.com


Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid 6 months from the date of issue. A loyalty card stamp will be received upon redemption of the gift voucher.


A treatment cannot take place on anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behaviour will not be tolerated. For my own personal security I reserve the right to refuse a treatment booking with no reason given and to stop a treatment at any time with the full cost of the treatment being charged.


Male clients are welcome to book providing:

  • They have been referred to me from an existing client or from someone I know.


  • A female household member is also having a treatment at the same booking.

For personal security I do not take individual bookings from men who are unknown to me.

The Pamper Night In is available for ladies and mixed groups only.


Treatments must be paid in full either by cash upon completion of your treatment or BACS transfer in advance of your treatment. Please contact me to arrange BACS payment.


In the interests of health, safety and hygiene for myself, my subsequent clients and my equipment, I request that no smoking takes place in the vicinity of the treatment area for the duration of the appointment.


Please be ready to receive your treatment upon my arrival at your home. Treatments should begin no later than 15 minutes after my arrival. This allows time for set up and consultation. Delays may result in a shortened treatment time charged at the duration originally booked.
