TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPOINTMENTS AND CONTACTING ME

Treatments are available by appointment only. To book an appointment please contact me by leaving a voicemail, email, text or Facebook messenger stating your full name, postcode and the treatment you are interested in.  An informal telephone consultation will be required with a first time client. This must be with the person to be treated and not someone on their behalf.

PARKING

I have a lot of equipment to carry with me some of it quite heavy so it is important that I am able to park directly outside or very close to your home. Regretfully, I must decline bookings where there is nowhere directly outside for me to park.

CANCELLATIONS

I politely request at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Understandably, things do crop up and there may be times when a late cancellation is necessary. In this instance a courtesy full payment for the treatment booked is appreciated. 


Should a cancellation or request to reschedule within 48 hours occur a second time then any further bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer or cash. This would be non-refundable in the event of another cancellation or reschedule. This pre-payment is for the booked appointment only and any wish to reschedule would be subject to further pre-payment for the treatment on the new date.

In the event that I arrive at your home and you are not in or unable to receive your treatment (no-show) full payment for the booked treatment will be required. No further bookings may be made until this is paid.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid 6 months from the date of issue. A loyalty card stamp will be received upon redemption of the gift voucher.

INAPPROPRIATE COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOUR

A treatment cannot take place on anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behaviour will not be tolerated. For my own personal security I reserve the right to refuse a treatment booking with no reason given and to stop a treatment at any time with the full cost of the treatment being charged.

MALE CLIENTS

Male clients are welcome to book providing a female household member is also having a treatment at the same booking, as a double booking.


For personal security I do not take individual bookings from men who are unknown to me.

PAYMENT

Treatments must be paid in full either by cash upon completion of your treatment or BACS transfer in advance of your treatment. Please contact me to arrange BACS payment.

NON SMOKING HOUSEHOLDS & CLIENTS ONLY
I choose to work in 100% smoke free households only. I must decline a booking in a home where smoking takes place inside or outside the home, including the garden.
I am highly sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke including third hand smoke. If you or anyone else in the household is a smoker or if anyone else visits your home and smokes in or around it please do not request an appointment.
Please be honest about this as I will not enter a home if, upon arrival, smoking or the after effects of it is evident.

TIMINGS

Please be ready to receive your treatment upon my arrival at your home. Treatments should begin no later than 15 minutes after my arrival. This allows time for set up and consultation. Delays may result in a shortened treatment time charged at the duration originally booked.

LOCATION FOR TREATMENTS

I only take bookings for treatments in private residential homes. I do not accept bookings in hotels and other accommodations.

LOYALTY CARD

One stamp per individual treatment booked. Loyalty card for the one named person only.
