CANCELLATION POLICY

I politely request at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Understandably, things do crop up and there may be times when a late cancellation is necessary. Should a cancellation within 48 hours occur a second time then any further bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer or cash. This would be non-refundable in the event of another cancellation or reschedule. This pre-payment is for the booked appointment only and any wish to reschedule would be subject to further pre-payment for the treatment on the new date.
