For adding a blend of essential oils
PLEASE READ:
Essential oils are very powerful and potent and are so much more than 'just a nice smell.' As plant hormones they are absorbed through your skin, enter the bloodstream and are thought to work in much the same way as human hormones. They therefore have the potential to alter, increase or decrease the effects of any medication you are on with a potentially dangerous outcome. Aromatherapy may not be safe used in conjunction with some medications.
